Dr. Monica Jorgensen is CEO of the non-profit Employed! A Supported Re-entry Program based in San Diego, California. She is also a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA), Diversity and Inclusion Certified speaker, special educator, advocate and consultant to individuals, schools and businesses nationwide. Since 2000, she has worked with individuals who struggle with mental health issues, challenging behavior, anxiety disorders and disabilities such as Autism. Her particular interest is to assist currently incarcerated women in the state of California as they transition back to society. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology, Counseling and a Doctor of Social Work from the University of Southern California. She holds two teaching credentials in the state of California and has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell

Barbara Lekes is a local small business owner. She has a long history with non-profits in San Diego County. She currently works teaching art within the public school districts as well as running her fashion design business. Mrs. Lekes holds a degree in Studio Art from Marymount Manhattan College.
